Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a senior marketing leader to shape and promote 88 Nairobi, an ultra‑luxury residential development in Kenya’s capital. The Head of Marketing will own the brand, drive sales of high‑end apartments and sky‑suite units, and position the project as a lifestyle destination for affluent local and international buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the 88 Nairobi brand, ensuring every touch‑point conveys genuine luxury.
• Translate architecture, amenities and lifestyle into compelling narratives and creative assets (photography, film, digital experiences, collateral).
• Design and execute integrated launch and ongoing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads across Nairobi, the East African diaspora and global HNW markets.
• Collaborate with sales to create tools, events and experiences that accelerate the buyer journey.
• Own digital performance – website, social channels, paid media and SEO – focusing on quality metrics.
• Partner with development and design teams to align product decisions with market expectations.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in luxury real‑estate or high‑end product marketing.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales through brand‑led strategies.
• Strong understanding of affluent buyer behavior in Kenya and internationally.
• Excellent storytelling ability and experience commissioning world‑class creative work.
