Head of Risk Management – CIO Domains (Singapore/India)

About the role

The Global Head of Technology & Operations Risk & Governance is seeking a senior leader to head risk management for the CIO domains across Singapore and India. This role will embed risk frameworks, governance routines and control programmes within the First Line of Defence, ensuring proactive identification, assessment and mitigation of risks.

Key responsibilities

• Set risk management direction and priorities for the CIO domains, aligned with the overall T&O R&G strategy.
• Implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and Principal Risk Type Frameworks across the domains.
• Drive proactive identification and assessment of emerging and horizon risks, escalating material risks as required.
• Provide risk oversight and challenge to transformation and modernisation initiatives, ensuring risk is embedded in delivery governance.
• Partner with CIO leadership, technology and operations teams, and first‑ and second‑line risk functions to embed risk considerations into decisions.
• Lead portfolio‑level audit and regulatory engagement for the CIO domains.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in risk management within technology, operations or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead risk governance, control programmes and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills.
