Head of Strategic Delivery – Secondary Education & Transition

About the role

This senior consulting position sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and program delivery, shaping an agile way of working for the Secondary Education & Transition (SET) portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Delivery, you will partner with senior leaders to embed systems, processes and culture that drive SET’s ambitious mandate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from concept through execution, providing structure to ambiguous problems.
• Accelerate results and measurable impact across the organization.
• Design and implement the systems, processes and culture needed for effective delivery.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders.
• Manage multiple dependencies and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of professional experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong background in project delivery, strategic planning, operational excellence or consulting.
• Management‑consulting experience highly valued.
• Proven track record leading multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Exposure to education, development or social‑impact sectors is advantageous.

Required skills

• Project Management (PMP certification preferred).
