Health Supply Chain Transformation Manager

About the role

inSupply Health is looking for an experienced Manager to lead health supply chain transformation projects across its operating countries. The role will design and implement innovative interventions, work with ministries, NGOs and donors, and provide technical leadership to project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage in‑country project implementation and co‑design solutions with ministries of health and other stakeholders.
• Provide functional and technical leadership to analysts, ensuring high‑quality technical delivery and mentorship.
• Lead data‑driven problem‑solving, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and present findings to inform supply‑chain improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with ministries, NGOs, donors and private‑sector partners to promote evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Drive innovation and digitalisation, including LMIS dashboards and advanced quantification tools.
• Identify new business opportunities, support proposal development and contribute to inSupply Health’s growth.
• Oversee performance monitoring, adaptive learning sessions and knowledge management across projects.
• When assigned as Project Manager, monitor budget, risks and results to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Healthcare Supply Chain or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in global health or development, with at least 5 years in health supply chain management.
• Proven experience working with ministries of health, NGOs, donors and other development partners.
• Professional certification such as APICS CSCP or PMP is preferred.
