In-Home Caregiver

About the role

Join an award‑winning caregiving team as an In‑Home Caregiver at our Corvallis branch. You will provide personalized support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Perform household chores including cleaning, laundry, dishes, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in hobbies and daily activities.
• Drive clients to appointments or the store as needed.
• Monitor clients’ condition and report any changes to supervisors.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift at least 10 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb.
• Own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app.
• Pass state and national background checks.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete state‑required caregiver training (Washington HCA or Oregon Home Care Pulse).
