About the role

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Attachment candidate to support our Digital Strategy & Innovation team at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation in Nairobi. This short‑term placement offers hands‑on experience in shaping digital initiatives that enhance our broadcasting services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in researching emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to broadcasting.
• Support the development of digital strategy documents and innovation road‑maps.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of pilot projects and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and analyse data.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s programme in a related field (e.g., Media, Communications, Information Technology, Business).
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in digital transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and social media analytics.
