About the role
We are looking for an organized and detail‑oriented individual to manage inventory, process orders and provide excellent customer service for a fast‑growing Kenyan fashion brand. The role is based in Nairobi and reports directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system and conduct regular stock counts.
- Coordinate with procurement to replenish stock and ensure proper labeling and storage of fabrics and finished goods.
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch, generate delivery documents and communicate tracking information.
- Liaise with shipping partners to guarantee timely deliveries and handle returns or exchanges.
- Support store attendants, organise items for photo shoots, pop‑up markets and keep the store clean and well‑ordered.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for using inventory software.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and logistics providers.
