Junior Designer – Social Media & Digital Content

About the role

The Junior Designer will support Robin’s marketing and creative team by producing on‑brand visual content for social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials. This position is ideal for an early‑career designer eager to grow and bring fresh ideas to a fast‑moving creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media, digital campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations for reels and videos.
• Edit short‑form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Translate creative briefs into fresh, on‑brand visuals.
• Monitor design and social media trends to inspire the team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling.
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach to creative problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI tools for image or motion‑graphics generation.
• Hands‑on experience creating motion graphics and editing video.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar project‑management tools.
