Junior Designer – Social Media & Digital Content

About the role

The Junior Designer will join Robin's marketing and creative team to produce on‑brand visual assets for social media, digital campaigns and other marketing materials. This position is ideal for an early‑career designer eager to grow, bring fresh ideas and work in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, digital ads and marketing collateral.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations for reels and video content.
• Edit short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and similar channels.
• Translate creative briefs into fresh, on‑brand visual concepts.
• Monitor design and social media trends to inspire new ideas for the team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and brand consistency.
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented attitude toward creative problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience creating motion graphics and editing video content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for image or motion‑graphics generation.
• Hands‑on use of Airtable or similar project‑management tools.
