Junior Graphic Designer – Management

About the role

Kapa Oil Refineries is looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to support its marketing and branding initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce visual assets for both digital and print channels, ensuring consistency across all Kapa Oil brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital marketing assets such as social media graphics, digital ads, e‑shots, website banners, and WordPress landing pages.
• Create print collateral including brochures, posters, flyers, catalogues, presentations, POS materials, and promotional merchandise.
• Develop artwork for outdoor advertising – billboards, bus and vehicle branding, wall graphics, and event signage.
• Produce motion graphics, GIFs, video edits, product mock‑ups, and other multimedia assets for campaigns.
• Maintain brand books, guidelines, and visual identity assets for all Kapa Oil brands.
• Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure quality execution.
• Organise and manage creative files, version control, and digital asset libraries.
• Contribute creative concepts for product launches and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in FMCG, advertising or marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing and social media design.
