KPI Management & Monitoring Staff – Fleet Operations

About the role

The KPI Management and Monitoring Staff will oversee a portfolio of financed drivers operating on a ride‑hailing platform. The main goal is to maximise driver earnings and fleet productivity while reducing non‑compliance through continuous KPI tracking and proactive driver engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Track weekly KPIs such as Acceptance Rate, Online Hours, NET Earnings, Finish Rate and trips.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with inactive, under‑performing or non‑compliant drivers and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Verify driver documentation, submit activation requests and maintain accurate vehicle records.
• Execute the escalation matrix, manage warnings, interventions, suspensions and off‑boarding processes.
• Use live maps, demand and surge data to guide drivers on positioning and trip opportunities.
• Validate driver incentive eligibility, process incentives and recognise top performers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date performance trackers, internal systems and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Logistics or related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in fleet management, driver operations, customer service, asset financing or ride‑hailing environments.
