Lead Facilitator – Competency-Based Curriculum Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Facilitator to deliver high‑impact professional development programs on competency‑based curriculum design. You will work with senior educational administrators, instructional designers, and corporate L&D leaders to create, map, and assess outcome‑driven curricula that meet international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging masterclasses for senior educators and corporate learning leaders.
• Guide participants through competency mapping, aligning learning outcomes with performance indicators.
• Provide expert feedback on participant projects to ensure scalability and global benchmarking.
• Support the integration of skill‑based pathways with modern Learning Management Systems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience as a senior curriculum architect, instructional designer, or educational consultant.
• At least 5 years delivering high‑level training, workshops, or executive masterclasses.
• Proven portfolio of designing and deploying validated competency‑based or outcome‑based education frameworks.
