About the role
Solvo Global is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to power its Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. You will act as a market researcher, uncovering high‑value prospects and turning data signals into qualified business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze markets to identify high‑potential companies that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Strategically prospect and verify decision‑makers using hiring trends, growth signals, and other market data.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines by delivering accurate, high‑intent leads to support SDR success.
- Enrich lead data with verified contact details using specialized tools.
- Become an expert in the sales tech stack, optimizing tool usage and supporting team efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market signals and identify warm opportunities.
- Strong understanding of ICP segmentation and targeting high‑quality accounts.
- Proven collaboration skills to work closely with SDRs and other stakeholders.
- Adaptable fast learner comfortable with evolving tools and strategies.
Required skills
- Proficiency with lead‑generation platforms such as Apollo.io.
- Experience using contact‑enrichment tools like Lusha or similar.
