Lead – Third Party Continuous Monitoring

About the role

The Lead, Third Party Continuous Monitoring will head the bank’s continuous monitoring function for its third‑party ecosystem. Based in India or Poland, you will guide a team of analysts to proactively detect, assess and manage cyber‑security alerts across external vendors, partners and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the maturity roadmap for third‑party continuous monitoring aligned with the bank’s Information & Cyber Security strategy.
• Oversee analysts monitoring external attack‑surface intelligence, threat signals and risk indicators.
• Ensure timely investigation of monitoring outputs, escalation of significant risks, and integration of insights into reassessments, remediation priorities and incident response.
• Collaborate with third‑party assessment, incident investigation, remediation, threat intelligence, supply‑chain and risk‑management teams.
• Maintain and improve monitoring tools, data sources, alerting logic, operating procedures, reporting and governance to meet industry best practices and regulatory expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cyber‑security monitoring or third‑party risk programs.
• Strong understanding of external threat intelligence, attack‑surface monitoring and risk escalation processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with security, risk, supply‑chain and compliance stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
