Security Administration Supervisor

About the role

The Security Administration Supervisor coordinates daily security operations, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth execution of departmental requirements. This role supports the Security Manager in planning staff leave, scheduling, and manpower deployment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily security operational activities, preparing duty rosters and work allocations.
• Assist in staff leave planning, ensuring coverage and proper approval processes.
• Monitor staffing levels, attendance, absences, and shift requirements to identify and address gaps.
• Supervise Operations Supervisors, guiding them to execute assigned responsibilities and follow departmental procedures.
• Serve as an administrative link between management, security officers, HR, and other departments to ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, duty changes, overtime, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare and submit monthly operational and administrative reports to the Security Manager.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, Standing Orders, and Standard Operational Procedures.
• Communicate operational instructions, schedule changes, and management directives to security personnel.
• Support incident and emergency response by coordinating manpower and administrative requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in scheduling, manpower utilization, and administrative processes.
