Male Cleaner – Full‑time (Nairobi, Westlands)

About the role

We are looking for reliable male cleaners to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across various office and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas such as offices, washrooms, corridors, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
• Use and store cleaning equipment correctly after each use.
• Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with additional cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum D+ in KCSE/Form 4.
• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Honest, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
