Marketing Executive – Motorcycle Spare Parts

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive sales and brand visibility for our motorcycle spare‑parts range across Kenya. Based in Nairobi, you will work closely with distributors, retailers and workshop owners to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote motorcycle spare parts to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, garages, workshops and fleet customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share and sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand market needs and strengthen relationships.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close business opportunities in line with company objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing activities to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
• Organise product demonstrations, customer activations and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, dealer events, roadshows and industry forums.
• Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor activities, pricing and emerging trends.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after sales, handling inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel extensively across Kenya to develop and support the distribution network, appoint new distributors and monitor product availability.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in sales and marketing within the automotive or motorcycle spare‑parts sector.
• Mid‑level professional willing to travel extensively across Kenya.
• Full‑time availability based in Nairobi, Westlands.
