Marketing Specialist – Digital Campaigns

About the role

Join Cebu Pacific’s Marketing and Customer Experience team as a Marketing Specialist focused on digital campaigns. You will help shape the airline’s promotional initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and delivering engaging experiences for passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise marketing campaigns for promo segments such as seat‑sales, web, and social media content.
• Maintain branding standards across all communications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistent brand tone.
• Strategize, run, and optimize advertising campaigns for promotional segments.
• Collaborate with agencies, artists, and creative partners on digital marketing projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience in the Philippine market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Management preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong interest in market insights for travel, airline, or e‑commerce sectors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the Philippines (valid work visa).
