Medical Representative – Medical Aesthetics

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced female Medical Representative to join AesthenNova’s medical aesthetics team in Nairobi. You will promote and sell a premium portfolio of aesthetic products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, cosmetic clinics and hospitals across Kenya, helping to grow market share and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s medical aesthetic products to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians and clinic owners.
• Identify new business opportunities and recruit new customers.
• Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals and medical centres according to a territory plan.
• Present product features, clinical benefits and treatment protocols professionally.
• Negotiate commercial agreements within company guidelines.
• Provide post‑sale support, gather feedback and report market intelligence.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product portfolio, industry trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in medical sales, preferably within medical aesthetics.
• Minimum of 3 years (36 months) relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
