Volunteer position focused on strengthening opportunities for girls and young women from underserved communities. Requires at least five years of relevant Monitoring & Evaluation or communications experience and strong analytical and communication skills in an NGO community development environment.

- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
