About the role
Join 4flow's dynamic Operations team in Italy as an Operations Coordinator. You will support a group of Specialists handling daily exception management across multiple plants, ensuring smooth transportation and supply‑chain processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily exception handling for up to three plants, acting as the quality gate for prioritisation and communication.
- Provide first‑level escalation support for customer issues and maintain clear documentation.
- Conduct weekly status calls, prepare exception reports, and share knowledge within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Support side projects, hyper‑care follow‑ups, and maintain strong connections with customers and internal partners.
- Collaborate closely with your supervisor to achieve team targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an execution‑focused environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for teamwork.
- Ability to balance daily tasks, coordination duties, and escalation responsibilities.
- High sense of responsibility, focus under pressure, and fast perception of system issues.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Italian.
