About the role

The People & Admin Associate ensures the smooth operation of EIDU's Nairobi office while providing essential administrative support to the People department. You will manage office logistics, coordinate travel, oversee supplies, and assist with HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and contract tracking.

Key responsibilities

  • Own day‑to‑day office operations, including supplies, equipment orders and logistics.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, staff meetings and visitor reception.
  • Liaise between HR, Procurement, Operations and Finance for office‑related tasks.
  • Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation and system setup.
  • Assist with contract renewals, benefits administration and payroll documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Personio) ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Monitor and follow up on office and HR tasks to ensure timely completion.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.

Required skills

  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Personio.
