Procurement, Fleet & Facilities Officer – East Africa

About the role

The role supervises administration and support functions across East Africa, including property, licensing, security, company fleet, procurement, capital‑expenditure forecasting and projects, ensuring compliance with Rentokil Initial policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, training and performance management of support services and administration staff.
• Set objectives and performance indicators and ensure adherence to company policy and best‑practice protocols.
• Conduct regular reviews to maintain high colleague engagement and enablement.
• Perform SWOT analysis of direct reports and define business strategies to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Oversee regional property management, contracts, licences, registrations and compliance.
• Supervise fleet management, procurement processes and capex forecasting.
• Lead searches for additional properties, negotiate with landlords and manage maintenance, repairs and cleanliness of all regional properties.
• Ensure all assets are registered and compliant with laws and company policy.
• Travel across the region to coordinate with staff, customers and vendors.
