Procurement Manager – Group Level

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead group‑level purchasing across our 270 Rooftop, 270 Cafe, and 270 Office locations. This senior position will transform a transactional buying function into a strategic supply‑chain powerhouse, driving cost reductions and ensuring 100% product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct spend analysis using ABC/Pareto methods to focus negotiations on high‑impact items.
• Maintain a price‑tracking system for real‑time benchmarking and volume discount negotiations.
• Collaborate with Product Quality to assess true cost of ownership and avoid high‑waste purchases.
• Define optimal min/max stock levels, manage lead times, and enforce a 24‑hour safety buffer.
• Develop and maintain vetted “Plan B” suppliers for critical items to prevent stock‑outs.
• Oversee daily/weekly cycle counting and investigate inventory variances, especially for high‑value goods.
• Attend trade shows, analyze market reports, and anticipate price shifts.
• Perform regular vendor performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level professional with proven managerial experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into cost‑saving strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a proactive approach to market intelligence.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on inventory accuracy and risk mitigation.
