About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Personnel to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences and emerging trends.
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media and advertising materials.
• Manage email marketing, social media platforms and search engine optimisation (SEO) activities.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Coordinate marketing budgets, events, trade shows and sponsorships.
• Provide sales teams with marketing collateral and support as needed.
• Identify partnership opportunities and collaborate with external organisations.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 24 months of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
