About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast‑growing sales team. The SDR will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up high‑quality meetings for the sales organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of our services, solutions and value proposition, and understand target market pain points.
- Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and multi‑channel campaigns while meeting daily activity targets.
- Identify and qualify prospects that match the Ideal Customer Profile, gathering key data such as company size, decision‑makers, budget and timeline.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, document all interactions, and ensure smooth hand‑offs to Account Executives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in SDR/BDR, call‑center sales, appointment setting, cold calling or lead generation.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.io.
- Fluent English communication skills and must be 21 years or older.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and ability to meet KPI targets.

- High emotional intelligence, adaptability and resilience.
