About the role
We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative who will close warm leads over the phone and enroll students into our online educational programs. The role is focused on high‑volume, logic‑driven sales and contributes directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Contact warm leads by phone and convert them into paying students.
- Achieve weekly sales targets of over $10,000 USD.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and details in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales.
- At least 2 years of proven closing experience (not appointment setting or SDR roles).
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for data entry and tracking.
