Sales & Marketing Executive – Laundry Services

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive growth for Cleanfax Laundry by expanding its customer base across corporate, hospitality and leisure segments. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the full sales cycle and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market presence and revenue.
• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities in hotels, restaurants, resorts, serviced apartments, corporate institutions and event venues.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process: lead generation, proposals, presentations, negotiations, contracting and handover to operations.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet weekly, monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct market research, monitor trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients, driving upselling and cross‑selling.
• Establish strategic partnerships and referral networks with hospitality and travel stakeholders.
• Represent Cleanfax Laundry at industry events, exhibitions and networking forums.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B services.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience in hospitality, corporate or event‑related markets is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
