About the role
The Sales Operations Officer will support Network International’s fast‑growing payments business by ensuring sales processes run smoothly, from lead handling to merchant onboarding and compliance. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Compliance, Marketing and Customer Operations, driving efficiency and data integrity across the sales lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain end‑to‑end CRM data quality, conduct regular audits and resolve KYC issues to enable accurate reporting.
- Oversee lead allocation, monitor conversion metrics and work with Marketing to improve Sales Qualified Lead quality.
- Coordinate the merchant onboarding journey, ensuring timely completion of documentation, handovers and activation.
- Perform KYC and compliance reviews, validating merchant information against regulatory and internal policies.
- Generate and analyse performance reports, identify process gaps and implement optimisation initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accountability.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented approach to data governance and compliance.
- Proactive problem‑solver who can drive process improvements.
Required skills
- CRM systems (experience with CRM data management and governance).
