Sales Representative – Dialysis Products

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell our dialysis product range to healthcare facilities across Kenya. The role involves building strong relationships with nephrologists, dialysis nurses, pharmacists and hospital procurement teams while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell dialysis products to hospitals and clinics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with nephrologists, dialysis nurses, pharmacists, procurement teams and hospital management.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Conduct product presentations and customer training sessions.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and customer payments.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective account management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Business or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in medical device, dialysis, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales within the Kenyan market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Kenya.
