About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to grow our market presence in ceramic products and sanitary ware. You will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across the assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of ceramic products and sanitary ware, achieving consistent revenue growth.
- Expand the customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research, gather competitor intelligence, and provide actionable insights.
- Present product features, recommend suitable solutions, and prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
- Supervise product displays, merchandising, and showroom presentations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production on availability and lead times.
- Address after‑sales issues promptly and collaborate with marketing on promotions and product launches.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials.
- Strong understanding of ceramic product specifications, finishes, sizes, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
