Senior Appliance Repair Technician (Tier 4)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Appliance Repair Technician (Tier 4) to service a wide range of appliances and small equipment across our project sites. The role involves ensuring safe, effective operation of equipment, providing guidance to junior staff, and upholding our safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair various appliances and small equipment.
• Perform functional tests, inspections, installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.
• Load and unload equipment onto vehicles for transport to the repair shop when required.
• Complete work orders, parts requisitions, and inspection reports accurately.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of spare parts and supplies as directed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in appliance repair or related field.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate level.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
