Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java & Mobile)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality, scalable, and secure solutions. You will own the architecture of Java‑based backend services and provide technical direction for complex Angular web applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and rapid product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise‑grade Java microservices supporting banking, payments and financial operations.
• Define API contracts, service decomposition, data models and integration patterns using REST and SOAP.
• Implement security controls such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS and data encryption.
• Lead CI/CD pipeline creation, containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture decision records and support artefacts.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, compliance officers and operations teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure post‑production stability through incident resolution and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in full‑stack development, especially Java backend and Angular front‑end.
• Strong background in designing secure, high‑performance services for financial or banking domains.
• Hands‑on leadership in Agile teams, code review processes and mentoring.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
