Senior Human Resources Advisor – Nairobi

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our Regional Office in Nairobi. The role supports teams across Africa and Asia, managing employee relations cases and ensuring HR practices comply with regional legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Own an end‑to‑end employee relations caseload, providing expert advice and resolution in line with policies and local employment law.
• Support the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and off‑boarding.
• Collaborate with global HR colleagues to promote consistency and share best practices.
• Analyse HR data and produce reports and recommendations to improve engagement and retention.
• Utilise HR systems and Microsoft tools to manage and analyse information.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced, confidential environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across multiple countries.
• Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to best‑practice HR.
