Senior Market Engagement & Insights Manager – Inclusive Digital Finance

About the role

The Senior Market Engagement & Insights Manager will drive the operational delivery of the GSMA Inclusive Digital Finance initiative, turning access to mobile money into measurable financial health outcomes for individuals and micro‑businesses. You will work closely with mobile money providers, synthesize research evidence, and create knowledge products that guide industry practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of the initiative across both phases, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee synthesis of evidence on drivers of financial health and translate findings into practical guidance for mobile money providers.
• Build and manage a portfolio of relationships with mobile money and other digital financial services providers.
• Coordinate partner sprints that adopt the GSMA Financial Health Index and track measurable improvements.
• Develop and supervise the production of knowledge products for the wider community.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in market research, financial services or digital finance.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and partnership‑building skills.
