Senior Sales Manager - Solar Energy & Storage

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our Solar Energy & Storage business in Kenya. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage and building a high‑performing sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Drive revenue and profitability through channel development, key‑account management and strategic partnerships with distributors, installers and EPC firms.
• Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline review and collection processes from quotation to payment.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a sales team, delivering regular training on products, negotiation and CRM usage.
• Identify new territories, projects and partnerships to accelerate growth.
• Provide market and competitor insights to support product, pricing and promotional decisions.

Required profile

• Senior level with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Strong understanding of the solar energy and storage market.
