Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Jaysur Cognitive Management Limited is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to lead end‑to‑end sales performance across Africa. You will generate high‑value leads, nurture client relationships, and champion the company’s eProcurement solutions in the shipping and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, corporate partnerships and events.
• Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective corporate and SME clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline and track all touchpoints for new and existing prospects.
• Build and retain strong client relationships with pre‑sales engagement, guided visits and structured after‑sales support.
• Execute branding and marketing initiatives, participate in activations and analyse market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Promote SRM eProcurement products across African markets, targeting both SMEs and large corporations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and periodic sales reports, forecasts and activity logs for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS, technology or procurement solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C‑suite and senior procurement executives.
• Experience selling across multiple African markets and to both corporate and SME clients.
• Sales or Marketing certification is an advantage.
