Senior Scrum Master – Lead Multiple Agile Teams

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to guide several Agile teams within a fast‑moving SaaS product environment. You will champion Scrum adoption, foster collaboration across Product, Engineering and business stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality software is delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Scrum teams, promoting continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban and Agile principles, encouraging self‑organization and transparency.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and product goals.
• Track and report on team velocity, project health, delivery progress and other Agile metrics.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to boost productivity.
• Manage multiple priorities in remote or geographically distributed settings.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in SaaS or software product development.
• Experience in Agile Project/Program Management is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CSM, PSM or equivalent Agile certification strongly desired.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours, with occasional outside‑hours follow‑up.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with international teams.
