About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level performance marketer to lead and scale Facebook user‑acquisition campaigns for multiple consumer‑facing digital products. The role combines hands‑on execution with strategic optimization, giving you ownership of large ad budgets and direct impact on global customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage Facebook acquisition campaigns for web funnels, focusing on Tier‑1 markets such as the United States.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns while managing monthly ad spend of $100K +.
  • Maintain and improve account structures, tracking systems, domains, payment flows, and operational processes.
  • Develop and run structured creative testing frameworks to identify winning concepts and scaling opportunities.
  • Implement automation initiatives using scripts, rules, integrations, and third‑party tools.
  • Monitor CPA, ROAS, LTV and use insights to refine targeting, bidding, and scaling strategies.
  • Document workflows, best practices, and optimization learnings for long‑term channel growth.

Required profile

  • Proven senior‑level hands‑on experience in Facebook user acquisition for web‑based B2C products.
  • Experience managing high‑volume advertising budgets of at least $100K/month, preferably over $200K/month.
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads best practices, campaign structure, bidding, scaling, attribution, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to balance execution with strategic channel leadership in a performance‑driven environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable working independently in a fully remote, global team.
