About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Waiter/Waitress to lead the service team at our bustling café in Westlands. The role combines front‑of‑house excellence with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily café service operations and support junior staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and consistency across all tables.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and task allocation.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper table setup, and compliance with café standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress in a café or similar hospitality setting.
- Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and personal presentation.
