Social Media Manager

About the role

Bush & Shore is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join its team in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region. You will be responsible for shaping the online presence of the company’s boutique lodges, coastal hotels, and unique travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish daily content across major social platforms.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring thematic consistency.
• Monitor trends, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimise content for reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and cross‑functional teams on contests, collaborations and influencer partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and SMO for brand accounts.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft engaging copy.
• Experience in content strategy and managing editorial calendars.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data‑driven optimisation.
• Background in travel, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
