Solar Energy Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Solar Energy Sales Manager to drive sales of solar inverters and battery solutions across Kenya. The role involves building relationships with customers, promoting our product portfolio, and supporting installation projects in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and other cities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in the solar market.
• Present and sell solar inverter and battery products from brands such as Victron, Huawei, Deye, Growatt, Felicity, Srne, Must, Goodwe and Solis.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve sales targets.
• Provide market feedback to improve product offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the solar energy industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Preference for candidates holding a T2 Certificate and hands‑on installation experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of solar inverters and batteries.
• Familiarity with Victron, Huawei, Deye, Growatt, Felicity, Srne, Must, Goodwe, Solis product lines.
