Sourcing Team Lead (Recruitment Supervisor)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sourcing Team Lead to manage daily sourcing operations in Nairobi. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, maintaining strong conversion rates, and building robust candidate pipelines for high‑volume hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Set, assign, and track sourcing goals aligned with hiring priorities for high‑volume roles.
• Analyze sourcing metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and time‑to‑submission.
• Coach team members on Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for sourcing challenges and coordinate solutions with Talent Acquisition partners.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and sourcing best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the sourcing function.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on sourcing or recruitment experience, or 1–2 years leading a sourcing team.
• Strong background in recruitment; US recruitment experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Candidates whose primary background is operations or customer service will not be considered.

Required skills

• Talent mapping and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems, and job boards.
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to track and analyze sourcing metrics and KPIs.
