About the role
EcoSafi is a venture‑backed renewable energy company that provides clean cooking solutions through locally produced renewable pellets. The Super Dealer Relations Officer (SDRO) will lead the recruitment, onboarding and performance management of a network of Super Dealers across an assigned territory, ensuring market growth, stock availability and a consistent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and train qualified Super Dealers, defining territories and expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, supporting dealers to achieve acquisition, retention and stove‑sales targets.
- Oversee the transition of legacy customers to Super Dealers, maintaining service continuity and portfolio health.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, reconcile inventories and coordinate with logistics to avoid stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with onboarding SOPs, capture accurate data and perform spot checks to address gaps.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training and include Super Dealer visits in monthly route plans.
- Support local marketing initiatives, identify growth opportunities and respond to disruptions to keep pellet access uninterrupted.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience in sales, dealer or agent networks, or field operations is an advantage.
- Strong relationship‑management and coaching abilities, high accountability and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, reporting and problem‑solving skills; comfortable working in fast‑paced field environments.
