Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process across multiple departments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to develop in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote the employer brand.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Previous leadership experience with an ambitious, assertive character.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
