About the role

The Pipeline Builder is responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent to create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This role combines strategic market research with continuous relationship‑building across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand and recurring roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, availability, and interest.
• Engage and nurture relationships with active and passive candidates for long‑term pipeline development.
• Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date candidate database within the ATS.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics, providing regular pipeline status reports and insights.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and stay informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build and manage talent pipelines independently.
• Strong research and passive‑candidate outreach skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
