Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate introductions and help prospects understand how Flowmingo fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback to the product team to improve the platform.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of hiring managers and HR leaders.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
