SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

Tano Digital Solutions is looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of SuccessFactors modules across the organisation. You will work closely with global HR, IT and business teams to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including time management and payroll integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable system configurations.
• Design and maintain work schedules, time types, accrual rules, and time valuation in SuccessFactors.
• Ensure seamless integration with Employee Central, payroll and external systems.
• Support data migration activities: mapping, validation and reconciliation of employee time data.
• Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT), support go‑live, resolve issues and deliver user training.
• Maintain compliance with local labour laws, global policies and governance standards.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements and documentation for implemented modules.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience in consulting, problem‑solving and business process optimisation.
• Proficiency in master data management and data‑related tasks.
• Project management experience in SAP implementations or upgrades is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
