Talent Management Specialist

About the role

Tana is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to own the performance and development of early‑career and mid‑level talent placed with our partner companies. You will combine coaching, performance management and progress tracking to ensure talent succeeds and continuously improves.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching and support through regular 1:1 calls, helping talent navigate workplace dynamics and build confidence.
• Monitor talent progress, identify challenges early, and lead performance improvement plans and feedback conversations.
• Maintain and update internal talent databases and trackers, sharing insights with internal teams to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Operations and Leadership to ensure cohesive, consistent talent support aligned with company strategy.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in coaching, mentorship, team management or HR roles.
• Proficiency with organisational tools such as Notion, CRMs, HRIS/ATS systems.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, documentation and insight generation.
• Passion for supporting early‑career professionals and managing small projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building trust and handling sensitive conversations.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking applied to talent management challenges.
