Technical Account Manager

About the role

Marvelsoft is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its Hong Kong office. You will act as the primary technical liaison for existing and prospective customers and partners, ensuring high‑quality support and smooth delivery of our trading technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Marvelsoft software, configuration files, integrations, and business flows.
• Perform system checks, identify and resolve issues before they affect customers.
• Escalate critical problems to team leaders and management as needed.
• Organise and lead technical sessions with current and potential clients.
• Log and track issues in Jira, keeping status up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate project delivery, documentation, and communication with internal and external teams.
• Prepare project plans, manage timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Provide technical support during pre‑sales engagements.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with both customers and internal teams.
• Desire to learn technical and business aspects of customer workflows.
• Logical problem‑solving approach and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus.
• Computer Science or IT‑related degree.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
